I created and textured this building entirely from scratch. Finding the right tool for crafting the debris was a process of trial and error. While ZBrush was functional, its sculpting felt overly detailed for a stylized aesthetic. Instead, I turned to Medium's cut tool in VR, which proved to be a game-changer. After sculpting, I brought the models into ZBrush for decimation before painting the textures to achieve this hand-painted look. The building itself is modular, allowing for flexible reassembly to create varied, destructed appearances.
